Our printer is top-quality and our photo magnet is made from high-quality materials.

Please inspect your order once received. Contact us immediately if any item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. That will allow us to evaluate and try to make it right.

What are your Policies?

Joy On Display reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion for the following reasons:

  • Prohibited content: Images or content that are offensive, illegal, or violate intellectual property rights
  • Incomplete information: Missing or invalid shipping or contact details
  • Payment issues: Declined payments, chargebacks, or authorization failures

Please note: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom photo magnets due to their personalized nature. If your order is refused or cancelled before production begins, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days and an email explanation. Once production has started, no refunds will be issued.
